Our HAZWOPER trained professionals at U.S. Waste Industries are trained in confined space entry and capable of cleaning or removing tanks of all sizes and configurations. Services include routine cleaning and maintenance of active tanks as well as cleaning and removal of decommissioned or abandoned tanks. Hydroblasting and heavy vacuum cleaning are used to remove material and clean tank leaking. During hydroblasting, pressurized cleaning solution removes built up material, rust, and oils from tanks, grates, and equipment. Heavy vacuum cleaning allows us to pump heavier materials than standard vacuum pumping. This process greatly reduces manual labor, saving time and cost.

Leak testing can be performed to evaluate the integrity of the tank. When leaks are found, the tank can be repaired or removed. Comprehensive remediation plans can be developed as needed. If a current land owner does not have adequate knowledge of the tank contents, samples can be taken to properly identify the material before any cleaning or removal operations begin. As a turnkey waste management company, we offer all levels of service from routine maintenance to large scale remediation projects.
