All facilities and transporters employed to serve our
customers must undergo close scrutiny of their insurance
coverage to assure that it meets U.S. Waste Industries'
stringent criteria. Furthermore, all transporters employed
by U.S. Waste Industries must list us as additionally
insured before their services are contracted.
U.S. Waste Industries can provide its customers with
additional indemnity for the most comprehensive liability
coverage in the industry. This additional peace of mind is
provided in our contractual service agreement to be executed
specifically between your organization and U.S. Waste
Industries. This coverage is over and above the
multi-million dollar policies offered by our transporters.
This innovative risk management package covers not only
pollution liability, but also contractual and professional
liability - a unique combination provided by no other
company in the business. A copy of this policy is available
to all U.S. Waste Industries' customers.
As a generator of hazardous waste, with cradle-to-grave
